Overall it was well-kept, with a private bathroom. The bed was comfy, I also had a balcony, coffee, and a kettle. The location offered was particularly good and fab just off other shops, bars and restaurants, going out at night and the sea front and walking distance of the town centre. I didn't want to leave and will certainly stay here again.

It has magnificent, brilliant setting, close enough to the centre of town, sea front, Lanes and shops, and all the main bars.
